Clinical presentation: a 19-year-old woman with clinical signs of hypothyroidism. Previous US described two "suspicious nodule" in the right lobe. Functional state: hypothyroidism (TSH 14.2 mIU/l, FT4 7,9 pM/l).  In fact the "nodules" are hypoechogenic areas corresponding to Hashimoto's thyroiditis separated with fibrous septum. Cytological report: benign Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
