Left lobe, longitudinal scan. There are three greater hypoechogenic described lesions within the nodule. These are uniformly hypoechogenic, and the other parts of the lobe is moderately hypoechogenic. This is one of the most typical ultrasonographic appearence of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
